The dining room is an eclectic mix of old and new where you are assured of a warm welcome. Our menus contain many pub classics – updated of course – together with specials boards to give variety to our returning customers. The bar is a main feature of the dining room, dominating its entrance. We serve a number of premium lagers, locally brewed ales and craft beers alongside a wine list to suit most tastes …. we even serve the odd cocktail, so will it be a Mojito or an Espresso Martini?
When the weather permits – we are delighted to serve lunch on our lovely piazza style terrace.
Located between The Inn and The House, this area is awash with sunshine, adorned with flowers and bordered by pleached lime trees – you can almost imagine you are nearer Provence than Chelmsford!
